The Centre for Dialog has been appointed the new organiser of one of the most prominent cultural festivals in Poland, the 4 Culture Festival. It is a space where visual artists, performers, film-makers and musicians explore the multicultural tissue of the city and connect with the present & the future of the town. Since the organiser is looking to refresh the brand and tap deeper into the experiences the Festival can offer we were asked to design an interactive audience research. We have designed an interactive set of questions, a dedicated workshop with customised cards, as well as a digital survey. I have also conducted a series of ethnographic interviews during the festival.

The outcome of our design thinking approach was a report and an extended follow-up workshop to start implementing the new strategy and designing the new brand identity and a website.
