Chmeli Suneli is a small restaurant in Poznan in Poland. I did not know much about Georgia at the time and decided to do in-depth research on the culture, cuisine, architecture, literature. In this process, I have discovered a diverse and inspiring country full of amazing stories & people, influenced by both East & West. The goal: To create a brand that shares all the characteristic & richness of Georgian culture, tradition but with a modern look. The creative idea: Chmeli-Suneli a place of MANY: stories, inspirations, languages, people... as diverse as its name suggests. Chmeli - Suneli is a name of the most popular mix of spices in Georgia. Visual language: eclectic, rooted in the idea of college but using a limited color palette. This design direction allowed us to combined geometric style of the logo rooted in Georgian traditional patterns with photography. The deliverables: General brand guidelines, logo design, visual identity elements (such as: menu, packaging, wine labels, signage...), a special edition of posters, social media campaign.
